About
Avihay Zanetti
Avihay Zanetti is an executive AI coach and fractional chief AI officer who works with US executives from Tel Aviv.
In plain terms
Last updated October 1, 2026.
I founded the digital agency Jonnyweb in 2012 and have built digital and AI systems for clients since then. One of those clients is Milgam Group, the largest government services company in Israel, where my work was omnichannel and CRM architecture.
Executive AI coaching is the newer part of my work. I coach executives one to one, on their own documents and decisions, in private, and I also work as a part-time chief AI officer in cycles of 90 days.
I am based in Tel Aviv and schedule sessions in US time zones, on video. I work in English and Hebrew.
Scope
What I do, and what I do not do
What I do
- Coach executives one to one, on video, on their own work.
- Build assistants and workflows with you in the session, so you can run them.
- Act as a part-time chief AI officer for a company that has AI experiments and no owner for them.
- Tell you on the first call if I am not the right fit.
What I do not do
- Promise outcomes or a return figure.
- Act as an implementation shop for coaching clients.
- Give legal advice. I am not a lawyer.
How I work
Sessions run on your own documents, decisions and routines, not on slides. We build something you keep, and what you tell me stays with me. NDAs are available on request, including before the first call.
The steps, the first call and the fit criteria are on how engagements work. What I can show you, and how to check me out, is on proof. The terms of confidentiality are on the confidentiality page.
Credentials
Microsoft AI Certified (artificial intelligence, generative AI and computer ethics), issued by Microsoft. Certified Marketing Insider, LinkedIn. Certified Ads Manager, Google Partners. UX and UI award, Tel Aviv Design Award.
Talk it through
Thirty minutes to check fit. No deck. Bring one AI decision you are weighing.
