A briefing routine for long reports
A long report reduced to a one page brief in your format, with the open questions listed, ready before your meeting.

1:1 executive AI coaching
I coach executives one to one. Every session is spent building something you keep, and everything you share stays confidential.
Private. 30 minute fit call. No deck. Read how it works
Founded the digital agency Jonnyweb in 2014
Built digital and CRM systems for Milgam Group, the largest government services company in Israel. Platform work, not a coaching result.
I can introduce you to a client who agrees to speak with you, once we have talked.

Sound familiar?
My team is using AI and I cannot tell what is real.
I keep reading about agents and I do not know where to start.
I would rather not ask basic questions in front of the people who report to me.
How a session works
We start with a fit call. I ask what you would like to work on first and which rules apply to your information, so we know what is allowed before we touch a document.
We map where your week goes: the documents you read, the messages you answer, the decisions you prepare for. You pick the one that is worth working on first.
Session one runs on a real document, decision or routine of yours. We build the routine or assistant live, in plain language, and run it on your own material.
You leave with the working setup and the notes. We decide together what to work on next.
What a session looks like
An illustration: you bring a long report you read every month. We agree what you actually need from it, build a briefing routine in plain language, run it on the report and check the result against your own reading. You leave with the routine saved where you can reuse it.
A long report reduced to a one page brief in your format, with the open questions listed, ready before your meeting.
Board, investor or team updates drafted from your notes and in your voice, for your review before anything goes out.
A personal helper that prepares replies and follow ups and waits for your yes before it does anything.
These are illustrative examples of the kind of work we can do together. They are not a record of past client work and not a promise of a result.
How it differs
One to one on video. No cohort and no audience. If someone on your team should join for part of a session, we decide that together.
Every session uses your documents, your inbox or your decisions. Nothing generic.
Each session ends with something you can reuse: a routine, a template or a working assistant. The aim is that you can run it on Monday without me.
Where an assistant acts at all, it prepares and waits for your yes. Nothing goes out in your name without your approval.
Fit
Confidentiality
Executives bring real documents to these sessions, so we start from your own rules about which tools and accounts you are allowed to use. NDAs are available on request, and specific handling terms for your material are agreed in writing before you share anything. The details are on the confidentiality page.
Engagement
One to one, on video, in US time zones.
The rhythm of sessions, the length of the engagement and the fee are agreed on the fit call and confirmed before anything starts. If it does not suit you, I will say so on the call.
Who you will work with
I coach executives one to one, on their own work, in private. I founded the digital agency Jonnyweb in 2014 and have built digital and CRM systems for clients since then. I would rather show you a working routine than talk about AI in the abstract.
Based in Tel Aviv. I schedule sessions in US time zones.
Questions
With one real piece of your own work, not a course. In the fit call I ask what you would like to work on first, and session one runs on it. You can ask basic questions with no one from your team watching.
We start from your own rules about which tools and accounts you are allowed to use. NDAs are available on request, and specific handling terms for your material are agreed in writing before you share anything.
Yes. One of the things we can build together is an assistant that prepares drafts and follow ups and waits for your approval before anything goes out.
No. You bring your own work and your questions, and I explain everything in plain language.
We start from the tools you already use. We use the current versions of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini where they fit, starting from what your own rules allow. I will not push you to buy software.
We agree the rhythm and the length together after the fit call, based on what you want to work on. Sessions are one to one on video, scheduled in US time zones. How engagements work describes the whole process.
A 30 minute fit call. We look at whether this suits you and what you would work on first. No deck and no pitch.
