Confidentiality

If you coach with me, you will talk about real plans, people and documents. This page says plainly what I say about that and what I do not claim.

What I say about confidentiality

• The service is confidential. Every engagement starts from the premise that what you tell me stays with me. I do not share what you say in sessions, or the materials you show me, with anyone else without your permission, except where the law requires it.
• NDAs are available on request. Ask at any point, including before the first call.

Handling your materials

Specific handling terms for your material are agreed in writing before you share anything.

Please do not send passwords, API keys or financial account numbers through this site or by email. I do not need them to decide whether we should talk.

What I collect through this site and how I handle it is in the Privacy Policy, including how to ask me to delete your information.

What I do not claim

• I hold no security certification, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and I have not had an independent security audit of my practice. This page is not a certification.
• Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship. I am not a lawyer, and I may have to disclose information if a court or authority legally requires it.
• The tools I rely on for the website, email, calendar and scheduling are run by other companies, and their terms apply to the data they hold. The Privacy Policy names the ones the site uses.
