These terms cover your use of avihayzanetti.ai and the process of booking a call with me. If you become a coaching or advisory client, the work itself is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over this page.
1. Who I am
This site is run by Avihay Zanetti, based in Israel. Contact: a@jonnyweb.co.il. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What the site and the sessions are
The site describes executive AI coaching and related advisory work. Sessions are coaching and education: I help you understand and use AI tools in your own work. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other professional advice, and I am not acting as your lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. For those matters, use a qualified professional. You stay responsible for your own decisions and for checking the output of any AI tool before relying on it.
3. No guarantee of results
I do not promise any particular outcome, saving, revenue or timeline. What you get from coaching depends on your circumstances and on what you do with it. Information on the site is general, may be out of date, and is offered in good faith without warranty.
4. Booking a call
Filling in a form or booking a call is a request to talk. It does not create a coaching engagement and it does not oblige either of us to continue. Fees, scope and schedule for any engagement are set in a written proposal or agreement before work starts. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no price on the site binds me.
Give accurate information, and do not send passwords, financial account numbers, health details or other sensitive personal data through the forms. How I handle what you send is in the Privacy Policy.
5. Confidentiality
What I can and cannot promise about your information during an engagement is on the Confidentiality page. NDAs are available on request.
6. Ownership of site content
The text, design, images, logos and other material on this site belong to Avihay Zanetti or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and related laws. You may read the site, share links to it and quote short excerpts with attribution. Do not copy, republish or resell the content without my written permission, and do not collect it by automated means in breach of robots.txt or in a way that overloads the site. Client names and logos, where shown, belong to their owners.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated collection of its content in breach of robots.txt or in a way that overloads the site, no submitting false or unlawful material through its forms.
8. Third-party links and tools
The site links to and loads services run by others (for example scheduling, analytics and social networks). I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under a coaching engagement is set out in that agreement.
10. Governing law
The terms of any engagement, including governing law and how disputes are resolved, are set out in the written agreement for that engagement. These website terms do not change that agreement.
11. Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
